The city of Creston falls within the Paso Robles American Viticulture Area, a winemaking district that spans over 650,000 acres from San Miguel in the north to Santa Margarita in the South, and from the Santa Lucia Mountains in the west to Shandon in the east.
There are 200 wineries within the Paso Robles AVA, some of which fall directly within the city of Creston’s boundaries.
