Natalie Garay is the Founder of {ther • happy}, mama of 3 teenage daughters, and a post-baby rehab expert. {ther • happy}’s theramists started out as an added tool to heal Natalie’s postpartum clients and accompany their physical healing practices. When her Pilates studio closed in March 2020, her theramists began to take on a life of their own and a business venture was formed.
