About the Class

As you take the short stroll to Sycamore’s Yoga Dome, leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life and become immersed in the serenity of the natural world.

Your class will start with a 60-minute all levels Gentle Yoga flow with Chakra Cleansing Meditation & Breathwork to harmonize body, breath, & soul.

After yoga, you will glide into a 30 min session of Sound Healing and Meditation. You will be enveloped in the soothing sounds of harmonic singing bowls as our instructor guides you through the practice of clearing your mind. Curated heated aromatherapy eye masks will be provided to enhance this experience, with calm and soothing scents adding to the overall ambiance.

As the event concludes, participants depart with hearts full and spirits lifted. This transformative evening will leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and aligned in both body and mind, perfect for the fresh start the New Moon represents.

A sound bath is a full body and mind experience where participants are bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments such as singing bowls. The vibrations can penetrate deeply into the body, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and promote healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
