Grow & Gather: A Perinatal Wellness Circle

The intention of this small group gathering is to provide support for expectant and postpartum parents/caregivers in nurturing their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. We’ll create a safe and supportive space where attendees can connect, reflect, and grow through their shared and lived experience of pregnancy into parenthood.

Held in the natural setting of the Children’s Garden at the SLO Botanical Garden, this event will offer guest speakers, guided journaling, peer support, and facilitated discussions, all rooted in evidence-based care and holistic wellness.

This group will meet once per week on Thursdays, from 10am until 11:30am – from April 10 until May 15, for a six-week session.

Our intended audience includes pregnant individuals, new parents/caregivers, and those navigating the transition into parenthood up to one year, with a focus on accessible, inclusive, and facilitated peer support. Refreshments & light snacks will be provided. Older children up to about age three are welcome and care will be provided in the Children’s Garden.
