Discover Art, Culture & Dia de Los Muertos in Downtown Atascadero

Atascadero’s Downtown Art Hop is back for an unforgettable evening of art, culture, and community. On Friday, November 1st, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, This self- guided art walk invites you to  explore over 30 downtown businesses as they transform into temporary art galleries featuring local and regional artists.

As part of this special evening, we are honored to showcase amazing regional artists in a Dia de Los Muertos group exhibit. These artist will share their unique interpretations of the tradition, offering a profound connection to the history, culture, and vibrant celebration of life.

This event coincides with Atascadero’s Fall First Friday It promises to be a magical evening celebrating local artists, Dia de Los Muertos traditions, and the creative spirit of Atascadero.Visitors will enjoy live music, folkloric dancers, and strolling mariachi

The art walk takes place in downtown Atascadero, with participating shops located along El Camino Real, Entrada Ave, Traffic Way, and Palma Ave. Maps will be available online at atownarthop.org one week prior to the event. Whether you plan your route or let the night unfold organically, the Downtown Art Hop promises an evening of discovery, art, and cultural celebration.
