5 Element Tea & Wisdom Course: Water (Winter) Session
Join us as we intentionally explore seasonal energies through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Taoist 5 Elements, and Chadao (The Way of Tea). For Winter we will be exploring the Water Element and learning how to nourish mind, body, and soul with essential seasonal practices, herbs, and food to support us as we move into this season of quietude and introspection. Each retreat includes a qi gong session, a ceremonial tea meditation, a seasonal potluck, and lots of good discussions and take home ideas to support yourself through the Winter.
